SMS program: Trades on Demand notifications

Trades on Demand, a Trademark Walls company, Kansas City, sends transactional text messages only to people who opt in on our website. We never send marketing texts.

Who gets texts

Customers who book at www.todkc.com/book: booking confirmations, contractor accepted / on-the-way and job status updates, and invoice / payment links.
Licensed independent contractors who sign up at www.todkc.com/contractors/signup: job dispatch offers and job updates.

How people opt in

Opt-in happens only on our website, with an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default directly below the phone field. Texting is not required to book or apply. If the box is left unchecked we do not send program texts.
